General terms and conditions of ShapeShock
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services and products offered by ShapeShock. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

3. Definitions
- Customer: Any natural or legal person using ShapeShock's services or products.
- Agreement: Any agreement between ShapeShock and the Customer regarding the provision of services or products.
4. Applicability
These General Terms and Conditions apply to each offer, quotation and agreement between ShapeShock and the Customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Services and Products
ShapeShock offers the following services and products:
- Services: Non-invasive slimming treatments with advanced laser technology.
- Products: Vouchers for treatments, available from our webshop.
6. Prices
- All prices listed are in euros and include VAT.
- ShapeShock reserves the right to change prices. Price changes do not affect already concluded agreements.
7. Terms of payment
Payment must be made in full and in advance by one of the following methods:
- Online: Through our booking system at shapeshock.com.
- On site: Cash or by bank terminal.
- Bank transfer: Prior to treatment.
8. Cancellation and Modification of Appointments
- Cancellation by the Customer: Cancellations should be communicated at least 24 hours before the appointment. In case of late cancellation, ShapeShock reserves the right to charge a fee.
- Modification by ShapeShock: ShapeShock reserves the right to change or cancel appointments in cases of force majeure. In such cases, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible and an alternative appointment will be scheduled.
9. Obligations of the Customer
The Customer shall:
- Provide all relevant medical and personal information that may affect treatment.
- Follow the instructions and advice provided by ShapeShock.
- Refrain from behaviour that may interfere with the implementation of treatment.
10. Result guarantee
ShapeShock aims for a reduction of 2 to 8 cm in total girth after a treatment. If this result is not achieved, the Customer is entitled to a full refund within 30 days. This guarantee is one-time per Customer.
11. Liability
ShapeShock is not liable for:
- Damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer.
- Indirect damages, including consequential damages, lost profits or immaterial damages.
ShapeShock's liability in all cases is limited to the amount paid for the service or product in question.
12. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to the services and products provided by ShapeShock belong to ShapeShock. Without written permission, it is not allowed to use, copy or disclose them.
13. Privacy
ShapeShock processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. For more information, please refer to our Privacy policy.
14. Applicable law and disputes
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent judge in the district where ShapeShock is based.
15. Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions
ShapeShock reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be announced on our website at least 30 days before they take effect. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, he has the right to terminate the agreement until the date on which the new terms and conditions come into force.
